Fred is the President and head estimator for Outback. He oversees all operations for Outback, including managing personnel. He has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. |

Nathan holds the General Engineering A license for Outback and is in charge of overseeing daily jobs and activities. He is also the inventor and main operator of Linetrac, a custom offroad utility vehicle. |

Ray Mueller Superintendant |
Ray is our Safety Director and Coordinator. Certified in SWPPP planning and inspection, he is responsible for the mandatory monthly safety meetings and scheduling all training sessions for Outback employees. |

With 20 year experience in the construction industry, Jake is our Construction Site Supervisor. He is OSHA and Confined Space Training certified—and one of the North State's best excavator operators! |

Ed is our equipment maintenance coordinator and supply supervisor. He oversees all daily activity in our shop. |
